DMCA & copyright policy.
Last updated: October 2026 · cheapersgame.com. How we handle copyright and trademark concerns.
Our approach to copyright
CHEAPERSGAME respects the intellectual property rights of others and takes legitimate copyright complaints seriously. This page explains how we treat third-party names, logos and trademarks on our site and how to raise a copyright concern with us.
Our site references third-party products, software, games, platforms, brands and logos to identify what a subscription, key or licence gives access to. This does not mean CHEAPERSGAME is affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by that brand unless we explicitly say so.
Platform independence
CHEAPERSGAME operates independently of the platforms, publishers and service providers whose products are listed. Their names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their owners and appear only to identify the product on offer.
Trademarks and brand names
Product names, company names, logos and service marks on this site belong to their respective owners. We use them to identify products and services, as permitted by applicable law, and claim no ownership in them.
Copyright complaints
If you believe material on cheapersgame.com infringes your copyright, send us a notice with enough information for us to identify and assess it. Please include:
- Your full name
- A contact email address
- A phone number, where appropriate
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed
- The URL or a specific description of where the material appears on our site
- An explanation of why you believe it infringes your copyright
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for the owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
How to submit a notice
Send your notice, with the subject line "Copyright Infringement Notice – CHEAPERSGAME", to [email protected]. Complete information helps us review it quickly; an incomplete notice may take longer while we ask for the missing details.
Review and response
We aim to review valid notices promptly and, where infringement is established or the law requires, we will remove or restrict access to the material. We may pass a copy of the notice to the person who supplied the material.
Counter-notice
If material is removed because of a notice and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice at the same address with your name and contact details, the material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake, and your signature. We will consider it and may restore the material where appropriate.
Repeat infringers
Where appropriate we will suspend or close the accounts of people who are repeatedly found to infringe copyright.
Laws that may apply
We handle notices in line with the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) process described here and, because we operate from India, may also consider them under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Copyright Rules, 2013. This page is a general guide and not legal advice.
False claims
Please do not submit knowingly false or misleading notices. Anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages.
