Who we are and what we sell
CHEAPERSGAME ("we", "us", cheapersgame.com) sells digital products only: games, OTT and streaming plans, AI tools, software, VPN access, productivity tools and similar keys, codes, accounts and subscriptions. By placing an order you confirm that you can enter a binding contract where you live and that the details you give us are accurate.
Digital products only
Nothing physical is ever shipped and there is no physical return process (see our Digital Delivery Policy and Return / Replacement Policy). What you receive is access: a key, code, account, invite or activation details for the product, plan, platform, region and duration shown on the product page. Please check those details before you buy.
Prices and currency
All prices are set in US dollars (USD). The site can show prices in other currencies using live exchange rates for your convenience. At checkout we calculate the exact amount in the currency shown, and that amount is fixed on your order once it is created. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own conversion rate or fees, which we do not control. Prices, discounts and availability can change at any time; the price shown when you place the order is the price you pay.
Ordering and payment
You add products to your cart and complete checkout with the payment methods offered at that time. Payments are processed by our payment partner; we do not see or store your full card details. An order is confirmed only after payment succeeds. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after a short reservation window and any stock held for you is released.
Coupons and offers
One coupon code can be used per order; codes cannot be stacked. Coupons may have a minimum order value, an expiry date, usage limits, or apply only to certain products or categories, and these conditions are shown when you apply the code. We may withdraw a coupon that is misused or was published by mistake.
Your account
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.
Delivery
Instant and manual delivery
Many products are delivered instantly: once payment is confirmed, your key or access details appear in your account under Digital Purchases and are sent to your email. Some products are fulfilled manually by our team after payment; the product page and your order status say which applies. See our Digital Delivery Policy for details.
Activation and redemption
Some products must be activated, redeemed or linked by you on the platform's own website or app, following the instructions we provide. Check regional restrictions and platform requirements shown on the product page before buying. Successfully delivered keys and credentials are your responsibility to store safely.
Cancellation and refunds
If an order has not been paid or delivered you can cancel it. Once a key or access has been delivered, and especially once it has been activated, redeemed or used, it generally cannot be cancelled or refunded, except where our Warranty Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy or the law say otherwise. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Warranty and replacement
Where a product page shows a warranty period, we will replace access that proves invalid or stops working within that period for reasons that are not your fault. See our Warranty Policy.
Acceptable use
Products are supplied for your personal use unless the product page says otherwise. You must not resell, share or redistribute access beyond what the product allows, use the site to commit fraud, abuse refund, warranty or coupon rules, interfere with the site or its security, or violate the terms of the underlying platform or provider. Access obtained through misuse is not covered by warranty and may be revoked by us or by the provider.
Fraud and abuse
We may review, delay, decline or reverse orders, refunds or accounts that we reasonably suspect involve fraud, unauthorised use of a payment method, duplicate or manipulated claims, or chargeback abuse.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
If there is a problem with an order, please contact us first; most issues such as non-delivery, a non-working key or a wrong charge can be fixed quickly and directly. If you open a dispute with your bank or card network, we will share the order and delivery records needed to respond. See our Payment Policy.
Reviews and content
Reviews you post must be honest and about a product you actually used. We may remove reviews that are abusive, fake, unlawful or off-topic.
Intellectual property
The CHEAPERSGAME name, logo, website design and original content belong to us or our licensors. Product names, logos and trademarks of third parties belong to their owners and are used only to identify products. See our DMCA & Copyright Policy.
Limitation of liability
We supply products and support in good faith, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of data or loss of access caused by the underlying provider rather than by us. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability, or removes any right you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms, for example to reflect a new payment method, product category or legal requirement. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Orders already placed are covered by the terms in force when they were placed.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live that cannot be excluded by contract. We will first try to resolve any dispute through our grievance process (see Grievance & Contact).
