Warranty & replacement.

Last updated: October 2026 · cheapersgame.com. The duration for each product is shown on its product page.

What warranty means here

For a digital product, warranty means that if your access stops working or turns out to be invalid, through no fault of yours, within the warranty period, we will put it right, usually by replacing the access.

Warranty duration

The warranty type and period for each product is shown on that product's page. It can differ by product and by plan, so check the page for the option you buy.

How to claim

email [email protected] with your order number and a short description of the problem. We may ask for a screenshot or the steps you took so we can confirm the issue before issuing a replacement.

Invalid, duplicate or non-working products

If delivered access is invalid, a duplicate of something already issued, or does not work, and this is confirmed within the warranty period, we will replace it. If a replacement is not possible we will consider a refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your responsibilities

Use the product as intended, follow the activation instructions, keep your credentials safe, and report problems within the warranty period shown on the product page.

When warranty may not apply

Warranty generally does not cover problems caused by misuse, sharing or reselling personal-use access, breaking the provider's terms, changes to the service made by the provider that are outside our control, or claims made after the warranty period. We will still try to help where we reasonably can.

Replacement or refund

A valid claim within warranty normally results in a replacement because that gets you back to a working product fastest. A refund is considered where a replacement is not possible.
