Digital products cannot be physically returned
We sell digital products only, so there is nothing to send back and we have no return shipping. If something is wrong with your order, the options below apply.
Invalid or non-working products
If a product turns out to be invalid, unusable or not as described, it may qualify for a replacement under our Warranty Policy, or a refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy where a replacement is not possible.
Wrong product delivered
If we deliver a different item, plan, platform or region from what you ordered, you can receive the correct product or a refund.
Product-specific warranty
Where a product page shows a warranty, that warranty's conditions apply in addition to this page. Check the product page for what applies to your purchase.

email [email protected] with your order number and, where relevant, a screenshot of any error, so we can verify the issue and resolve it.
Once delivered, activated or redeemed
Eligibility for replacement or refund may be limited once a product has been activated, redeemed or used, subject to the law and the product's warranty terms.
