Payment policy.

Payment methods
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which are processed by our payment partner. The available methods can vary by country and may change over time. We do not collect or store your full card number or card security code; those are handled by the payment provider on its own secure page.
Currency and amount charged
Prices are set in USD. If you choose another display currency, we calculate the exact amount in that currency at checkout using current exchange rates and lock it on your order. The amount shown at the final checkout step is the amount charged. Your bank may add its own conversion charges.
Order confirmation
An order is created when you start checkout and is marked paid only after the payment provider confirms the payment. Digital keys are reserved for you for a short time while you pay; if payment is not completed in that window, the order is cancelled and the keys are released.
Failed or incomplete payments
If a payment fails or you leave before completing it, nothing is charged for that order and your cart stays available so you can try again. If money left your account but your order does not show as paid, contact us with your order number and the payment reference.
Duplicate payments
If you believe you were charged twice for the same order, contact us with both payment references. We will refund any confirmed duplicate.
Coupons
One coupon can be used per order, and the discount is calculated by our server at checkout. The final price shown at payment includes any discount.
Taxes
Prices shown are the prices we charge. Depending on where you live, your payment provider or local rules may add taxes or fees; any amounts that we are required to collect will be shown before you pay.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
Please contact us first for payment problems, since we can usually resolve them faster than a chargeback. If you open a dispute with your bank or card network, we will provide the records needed to respond.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
